We’ve received your recent emails dated 17 June 2022. I note you’ve not accepted the ombudsman’s final decision. Thank you for letting me know.

You’ve shared your comments responding to the Ombudsman’s decision and my assessment, along with documents and photographs that you’ve shared. I’ve added these to your file but I can’t comment further on what you’ve said now you’ve had an Ombudsman’s decision – it really is final. I’ve shared your comments with the Ombudsman who’s confirmed what you’ve said hasn’t changed his decision.

As you’ve not accepted the decision, this means it’s not binding on you or Barclays so you might be able to pursue your complaint by other means. I can’t advise you on this but you could seek independent legal advice to discuss your options.

It’s clear you feel very strongly about your case, and the decision you’ve received. You’ve sent us a lot of documents and some of the comments you’ve made about our service aren’t appropriate. One of your emails says “The FOS is a Scammer Ring of Paedophiles” and you’ve also said that “…FOS Braindead must stop discriminate”. I appreciate the outcome wasn’t what you were hoping for but we can’t tolerate offensive comments like these. Please bear this in mind if you bring any future cases to our Service.
