The impairment is expected to last 12 months or more and impacts substantially on a person’s day to day activities. Section 60 of the Equality Act At present I am under acute STRESS as a carer for my 97 year old husband. And dealing with the DISCRIMINATION of the past 6 years is taking a toll on my HEALTH. Institutional Discrimination & Cyberbullying I was targeted by Government Agencies and other Organisations, following from BLACKLISTING and NETWORKING from Kings College NHS Foundation Trust. My career was put on hold and my Health and Emotional Wellbeing affected. I am not living, am merely surviving because of the way my traumas were triggered into PTSD. But they are colluding with those responsible for destroying 27+ years of my life to send my claims to Central London County Court for a Designated Civil Judge to put RESTRAINT ORDER on me.
