I have been informed by the County Court at Clerkenwell & Shoreditch when I called yesterday that all my CLAIMS have been transferred to #CentralLondonCountyCourt. I am more than happy not to have any dealings with Clerkenwell & Shoreditch. Because except for the Young Man, I spoken to yesterday, all others are the most #unprofessional set of MORONS. I am making no exceptions saying from the District Judges to those who #failed to do their jobs at www.moneyclaim.gov.uk.

I was aware that Claim Number: FO3CL973 was sent to CLCC as I was contacted by WOMBLE BOND DICKINSON www.womblebonddickinson.com/legal with their veiled #threats. However, by now https://www.39essex.com/barrister/samanatha-jones should be aware of MERVELEE MYERS. Since she has not learned any lessons from the fact that https://employmenttribunal.claims consist of #corruption from top to bottom of the Employment Legislations, let me give prior #warnings. I have no intentions of waiting around any longer to have the CLAIMS heard with the Designated Civil Judge who will #impose Restraint Order. I have been robbed of 6+ years of my life already, and don’t intend to carry on existing because of TERRORISTS from www.leyf.org.uk supported by the Judiciary of England & Wales.
Coming to Terms with the Cause of TRAUMAS in 2020
On the date, #6March1980 when my #grandmother died of a BROKEN HEART, I will not do the same, despite what’s happening to me. The fact that LEYF used the #data in my FILE to DISCRIMINATE against me after the death of my mother with www.dementia.org.uk will be the key factor in my CLAIMS that are sent to CLCC. Let me make it clear that I should not be in this situation after going through the ET/EAT. Therefore, whichever Designated Civil Judge is appointed for my CLAIMS might find him/herself with questions to answer about #breaching the Rule of Law. The Equality Act 2010 The Equality Act prohibits discrimination against people with a #disability, whether this is #physical or #mental impairment. The impairment is expected to last 12 months or more and impacts substantially on a person’s day to day activities.
The Respondent Defence: As can be verified from the Response, I declared my Health Status to the Respondent LEYF from the time I filled the Forms when I was accepted for the job. So, to put me through 6 years of HELL after the death of my MOTHER is in breach of International Laws, Legislations, Codes of Practices and Conducts. Since my employers refuse me access to my FILE from January 2014, I will bring to the Court’s attention that John Fenton admitted seeing my FILE when we meet at the Preliminary Hearing on #15March2016. He told me he knows I could not handle the STRESS of the ET. By this time LEYF #bribed Voice: The Union for Education Professionals www.voicetheunion.org.uk to withdraw their support. But I am still charge fee and VOICE trying to get me to sign over my Rights to them. Here’s the information that’s important to the #outcome of this Claim, since #SamanthaJones is advocating on behalf of www.personnelconsultancy.com. Now that I have time to read through the documents, I will put my Test Case with Samantha Jones showing how CORRUPTION is rife hence the report to The Guardian www.theguardian.com – ‘Is Modern Slavery thriving in the UK to be a fact.
The Corrupt Legal Entity
On 24 September 2015 I was contacted by Bates Wells Braithwaite www.bwbllp.com on behalf of LEYF. I #mistakenly thought John Fenton works with them until I meet Samantha Jones at the ET. After the adjournment I contacted BWB thanking them for not taking the ET for LEYF. To my surprise I was contacted by BWB when the Judgement was published reminding me of their THREATS of 24/9/2015. Mr Fenton had written to the ET about my contact to BWB, so there was correspondence between both. But I was also contacted by TWITTER and FACEBOOK #LegalTeams too. I addressed all three.
Mr Fenton did not take any further part in the ET proceedings, but the ET https://www.gov.uk/employment-tribunal-decisions/ms-m-myers-v-london-early-years-foundation-2300047-2016 judgement was sent to him, likewise the EAT. To cut a long story short Mr Fenton admitted he is not a lawyer after the adjournment. Barrister Jones conducted Business from Mr Fenton’s Business Address. Something FISHY and STINKING is going on between BWB and John Fenton and Samantha Jones. The www.sra.org.uk and www.barstandardsboard.org.uk and www.judicialombudsman.gov.uk are party to the cover up. Now www.moneyclaim.gov.uk join in. I won’t stop until I get to the bottom of this sordid affair.
The Duty of the Central London County Court
Therefore, I want #confirmation of the date for the CLAIMS of which there are quite a few to be set. If the CLCC failed to act promptly, I will be finding out about putting in a COMPLAINT. Since the County Court at Clerkenwell and Shoreditch have been playing DEVIL’S ADVOCATE with my #health I am glad my CLAIMs are directed here. I phoned yesterday and once given this information, by this person who was very helpful. I can begin to plan for my life with my 97-year-old husband. Unlike others I dealt with before at CCCS, I am happy with the response. So, I guess there is hope yet going forward as the CCMCC in Manchester is a joke.
I understand or should I say this was more of a threat. That my Claims are been sent for a Designated Civil Judge to decide to impose Restraint Order against me. This will be the Test Case of Barrister Samantha Jones, who is a LIAR. She is advocating on behalf of John Fenton, who amongst his misdeed pretended to be a lawyer.
I can’t wait to make my appearance to open the eyes of the Designated Civil Judge to the corruption at the Judiciary of England & Wales.
