Before there be any ambiguity about my status of having rights to my entitlements in the UK, I have British Citizenship. I have been working and paying taxes in the UK to HMRC from I was granted leave under the British Nationality Act 1981. So far the www.gov.uk/universalcredit to be treating me like a criminal is just another matter that the Government will have to address. The Government, will therefore not be getting away with https://petition.parliament.uk/help#standards stating that my petition of the 31/10/2017 “Included confidential, libelous, false or defamatory information or a reference to a case which is active in the UK courts”. They marked it confidential as it’s “Not clear what action you’d like the Government or parliament to take”? Following on from recent updating of my ongoing case with the Employment Tribunal and Employment Appeal Tribunal, I have no alternatives but to put my data in the Public Domain. This is where I have reached in my Fight4justice campaign against the systems and establishments that colluded in the institutional discrimination that triggered my childhood traumas www.slam-iapt.nhs.uk/southwark, into Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). This is the second time I have had to defend myself against employers who have been given the authority to deny me my basic Human Rights. The impact on my emotional health and wellbeing have catapulted me into states of depression when I am unable to function and carry out normal day to day activities.
