This will go some ways in helping me get my argument across? I should not have had to be going through this institutional discrimination because I raised concerns about the unprofessionalism of the Respondent’s Representative, Mr John Fenton to http://www.justice.gov.uk/tribunals/employment/claims/responding. Paragraph 1: Dear Mrs. Myers, Paragraph 2: Thank you for your emails, dated 26 and 28 January 2019, with attachments, to the Judicial Appointments and Conduct Ombudsman’s Office, in which you raise concerns about the handling of your complaint about His Honour Judge (HHJ) Shanks by the President of the Employment Appeal Tribunal (EAT), Mrs. Justice Simler DBE. I note your intention to send further documentation via the post and this will be acknowledged on receipt. Just want to point out here that what the ET and EAT have done in making me a victim https://www.gov.uk/employment-tribunal-decisions/ms-m-myers-v-london-early-years-foundation-2300047-2016 is the straw that breaks the camel’s back.

Paragraph 3: The Ombudsman’s role is to conduct an investigation into the process by which Mrs. Justice Simler handled the investigation into the complaint made about HHJ Shanks, and to consider whether the investigation was conducted fairly and appropriately in accordance with set procedures. The Ombudsman is not an appeal mechanism and he cannot comment on any aspect of the original complaint or the decisions made on the complaint by Mrs. Justice Simler. This is all I am getting because the Judiciary Of England And Wales led by The Honourable Justice Simler DBE President Of The Employment Appeal Tribunal julie.wood2@hmcts.gsi.gov.uk thinks she can hide behind the protection of her office to continue the institutional discrimination of a vulnerable woman. That woman is Mervelee Myers whose case she sent back to the EAT.

Paragraph 4: In order to take your complaint forward,  I attach a copy of the Ombudsman’s complaint form (with complaint booklet for information) which I would be obliged if you would sign, complete and return to this office. This will enable the Ombudsman to disclose your complaint to the EAT and for him to see the complaint file. This Complaint Form allows me to use only one page to write about the discrimination of 4+ years by LEYF, the ET and EAT. LEYF did the same with my 28 pages of Grievance and 8 pages of Reasonable Adjustments Discrimination. I had to condense in 1 page each. Now, www.voicetheunion.org.uk is telling me that I did not appeal to the Disciplinary.

UKEAT/0101/18/LA -Mrs. M Myers v London Early Years Foundation (LEYF). I sent my first draft so as not to miss the deadline for submitting my applications as The Honourable Mrs. Justice Simler DBE President Of The Employment Appeal Tribunal must have been rubbing her hands with glee waiting to happen, without prejudice. I contacted HTTPS://JOIN.UNISON.ORG.UK/ after they got the Government law to charge employees to pay a fee to take employers to the ET overturned. Because they were party to the institutional discrimination at KINGS. Their response to my correspondence, “the case is closed!” So either they are destroying like my career or they are lying that they did not get correspondence www.slam-iapt.nhs/southwark.

Let me just address this point that throughout this case the Employment Tribunal and Employment Appeal Tribunal have been breaching the Rules of Law. It’s okay for the ET & EAT to apologise for their delays and make idiotic excuses for what’s clear breaches of the Equality Act 2010. They are only doing this as can be ascertained from the concealing of my Medical Reports by the ET and Judge Freer. And the EAT refusing to return some of my bundles to me or sharing them with the EAT Judge Shanks. Who in turn prompted Samantha Jones with questions to help her in her continuing perverting the course of justice saying at the EAT that Judge Free sent me home overnight to search for Medical Reports. I have contacted the Parliamentary and Health Services Ombudsman informationrights@ombudsman.org.uk. But all they did was return my correspondence.

I warned the ET about John Fenton non-compliance of the Court Management Orders by Judges Baron and Elliott. Yet I am the one getting penalised by the EAT. The Equality Act 2010 clearly states about how people with disabilities should be supported. I was let down again by those I thought were there to advise and support me. Even then Judge Shanks intimidated Barrister Sally Robertson.
