Let me make it absolutely clear to UC that I can identify a pattern here, where I am targeted when I am under pressure.
Sent: 10 February 2019 05:45. MM Analysis: Whether UC knows it or not, I am a practicing Christian and made the decision that I am getting baptised this year. This email was sent on Sunday, the day that is my Sabbath Day. My argument is why did UC choose Sunday to send me a message to check my online journal? I was contacted on Monday, 4th to sign in to my online account today. Therefore UC is once more breaching the Equality Act 2010. Expecting me to be at their beck and call for any mistakes they are making. But I am guessing www.sra.org.uk will justify the breaching of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) with the same advice I was given when I complained about the individuals and Solicitors “firm” using my disabilities against me. I am not sure if it’s AM or PM the email was sent but is this not invading my privacy? I am a carer, in case they have not worked that out as yet. And soon to be PENSIONER as well.

It states that “Emails should not be used to deliver messages that require an immediate answer as there is no guarantee that the receiver will receive the message and respond immediately”. So back to my point that the DWP is colluding in institutional discrimination. Targeting me whenever I am under pressure www.healthmanltd.com. This happened when I was preparing for the Employment Appeal Tribunal www.slam-iapt.nhs/southwark. As a result of the ET Judge and Panel Members perverting the course of justice, I ended up at the EAT. I was invited to interview by the DWP and Universal Credit, and I am still waiting on the response to my “Questionnaire”.
Subject: UC notification. MM Analysis: I will be doing a detailed write up about how the DWP and Universal Credit set about exacerbating my disabilities and threatening me with the criminal record. Then when I challenged the powers that be, denied me access to my Universal Credit Journal. To cover up their incompetence and gross professional misconduct from October 2015 to date. Can I kindly ask www.gov.uk/universalcredit to stop targeting me, please? Otherwise, I will deal with them using the measures of the Rules of Law. Then they will know who will be given the criminal record and serve the jail term www.express.co.uk?

Paragraph 1: Considering that UC denied me access to my account, are they aware that they are in breach of the GDPR? After the way that the DWP tamper with my data from the time I signed up for benefits, what guarantee do I have that the same is not happening? I know for a fact that the DWP colluded with other Government Departments to discriminate against me. I will put the evidence in the public domain to avoid any ambiguity of whether I am a credible witness. Paragraph 2: In light of the fact that UC and the DWP should be aware of my disabilities. Because I used to put my publications in the UC Journal before I was denied access. I am going to say that UC by sending me an email and telling me not to reply using this email address. This is just another plot to trigger my disabilities. If UC thinks I will be engaging in playing their games let me tell them I am not. This is exploitation using my vulnerabilities against me. I have done a write up “Is Modern Slavery thriving in the UK?” It was sent https://www.theguardian.com/uk, but they choose not to act. From Saturday, 9 February 2019 I have been observing milestones linked to my childhood traumas. Not only that I am grieving for a relative. So yes UC and DWP this is discrimination on the grounds of disability and beliefs.
Paragraph 3: The fact that I am targeted by cold callers and via email is exacerbating my disabilities. What guarantee do I have that the DWP is not involved in the exploitation thriving in the UK? For all, I know this might be a ruse for me to send confidential information such as my user name, passwords or bank details so they can be passed on to scammers. With what’s going on how do I know that scammers can’t get access to blocked or deleted emails? In 2004 the Financial Institutions colluded to defraud me of my money. This was an inside job by people working in the Banks and Postal Service. I had to go to www.icsouthlondon.co.uk to get back my money. And then to the Financial Ombudsman. So considering the fact that the DWP tampered with my data, you are talking crap. I don’t trust the DWP and UC.
Paragraph 4: Why do you need to confuse me with this email? It’s time someone stands up to the DWP and UC. I did not choose to be on benefits. It was forced on me by www.leyf.org.uk and the https://petition.parliament-uk/help#standards. Now I am back with www.judicialombudsman.gov.uk to find out if they will see sense. Before the entire criminals in the Government Departments are carted off to jail. But if www.sra.org.uk think it right for the terrorists to use my disabilities to pervert the course of justice, they too will be named. 12th February 2019 21.40
