A Brief History of Why I am Writing a Tribute
It is with a sad heart that I am writing this tribute to a #fallen #hero from the communities that I am familiar with from childhood. The plight of this special young man was brought to my attention via Social Media because my son Valdin Legister Valdin Legister https://www.facebook.com/valdin-legister started a #fundraising campaign to help with his Medical Financing. Eventually, I learn about his #struggles with a #neurological condition Chronic Inflammatory Demyelinating Polyneuropathy (CIDP). Of course, that’s when my interests got the better of me and I went to do my #research. By now it’s obvious why I had to get involved? More information about CIDP is provided.

But just in case you don’t, let me share my #reason briefly and #explicitly. My father was #stricken with Parkinson’s disease at an early age. My youngest #uncle was also stricken with Parkinson’s. As a result of my father’s long illness, I develop childhood #traumas. Parkinson’s disease is a #chronic and #progressive movement #disorder, meaning that #symptomscontinue and #worsen over time. After counseling at the Maudsley Hospitalon the advice that I should get Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). To find out why I #react to certain situations the way I do. I done my research and realise that in fact the signs and symptoms that I have been showing are in fact #Atypical Parkinsonism. Hard to #diagnose and even harder to #treat.

#Chronic #Inflammatory #Demyelinating #Polyneuropathy (CIDP) is a #neurological disorder characterized by progressive weakness and impaired #sensory function in the #legs and #arms. The disorder, which is sometimes called chronic relapsing polyneuropathy, is caused by damage to the #myelin sheath (the fatty covering that wraps around and protects nerve #fibers) of the #peripheral nerves.

Although it can occur at any age and in both genders, CIDP is more common in #young adults, and in #men more so than women. It often presents with #symptoms that include #tingling or #numbness (beginning in the toes and fingers), #weakness of the arms and legs, loss of deep #tendon #reflexes (areflexia), #fatigue, and #abnormal sensations. CIDP is closely related to Guillain-Barre #syndrome and it is considered the chronic counterpart of that #acute disease.

That if I was an animal, the RSPCA would have rescued me from BIB. But after advising me and giving Union Rep at the Disciplinary. The Union Rep disappeared after www.voicetheunion.org.uk sold me out to LEYF. The are still taking fee and refusing to respond to my correspondences.

Let me show the Legal Entity consisting of the Employment Tribunal Services http://www.justice.gov.uk/tribunals/employment/claims/responding that what they have done throughout the time of the ET case between me and www.leyf.org.uk is akin to hate crime. The entire Employment Tribunal Services from the Judiciary down colluded to impose institutional discrimination. Breaching the Equality Act 2010 ‘Protected Characteristics and Protected Act’. If in doubt maybe Judge Freer and the Panel might need Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) from www.slam-iapt.nhs.uk/southwark to deal with the discrimination evident in the bundles, witness statements and the verbalising of the radicalisation by the seven (7) witnesses? Other than that there is alway www.healthmanltd.com.

The only Medical Reports that the Judge and Panel could see clearly, despite me handing over the Medical Reports again on the 20/12/2016. The Employment Appeal Tribunal that tried running me round the bend in the hope I would cave in. Yes, there is institutional discrimination embedded across the echelons of the Justice System under the #porfolio of the Ministry of Justice UK. Suffice it to say that I am adhering to the Rules of Law. They are international legislation, county laws, codes of practice and conducts. Now there are no records of the ET case as they have been destroyed under legislation. But I have my defensive practice that can be verified by Dr. Maria Hudson Research Paper of the Policy Studies Institute recommended to Acas www.acas.org.uk/researchpapers.  

This is where #JuneOSullivan comes in. She enlisted the help of #JohnFenton www.personnelconsultancy.com. He is an imposter, pretending to be a lawyer from a Solicitors Firm. After I put the sales up their corrupted unprofessional status.

Judges In The Spotlight 2019

Hot on the heels of the story in The Guardian, about the #Judiciary. The Daily Express headline: Let off jail, drug dealers whose grammar impressed the judge. It is such a #pity that the Employment Tribunal #judges Martin, did not look closely at my Racism claims after it was referred for reconsideration by #JudgeBaron who recognised me on the 15/3/2016? 
As for Judge Hidlebrand he needs to examine his conscience about why he wanted me to take LEYF Nurseries #LEYF £58,000.00 to make myself a voiceless vulnerable victim during the Telephone Conciliation? Who the hell was protecting me from after the death of my mother? When I raised concerns…
Now this is about Judge Freer who is a notorious liar or he needs CBT after having to deal with the discrimination of #MerveleeMyers in the documents, witness statements, bundles and the corrupt individuals from Barrister #SamanthaJones to the 7 witnesses? 
Let me point to Judge Shanks the shouting judge from the Law Society Gazette who uses a black man as tokenism to tell me in the presence of my husband that I made up my disabilities. Who blinking dare he after I copy the ET and EAT about the non-compliance of the Respondent’s representatives. Who I was misled to be Bates,Wells & Braithwaite. 
Next is the President of the ET, who after trying to give me the run around said he can’t help me. Tough luck Judge Brian Doyle, I have had to be my own judge and juror after what UNISON done to me at King’s College Hospital. Then there was London Borough of Southwark SEND Section, Ofsted and ACAS. With Capsticks, Wimbledon bringing 4 Legal People to harass and intimidate me. 
This time I have Voice: the union for education professionals along with all the hangers-on of LEYF. I will be looking in their faces at the Nurseryworld Exhibition, London Design Centre and the Childcare Expo. I will Show the world how Modern Slavery is thriving in the UK as I continue my Fight4justice campaign as my #witness1 Comment
