Tribunals Judiciary Judge Brian Doyle President Employment Tribunals (England & Wales).
President’s Support Office, 5th Floor, Victory House, 30 – 34 Kings Way, London, WC2B 6EX. Response to Letter of 19th December 2018. 21st December 2018
Thanks very much for your response, and I do appreciate you taking the time for letting me know the position. I am not unduly bothered. Now that you have clarified your position on the matter. I can go ahead and make my correspondences public. In that way, I continue my defensive practice in line with the GDPR 2018.
This is where I have reached in my Fight4justice campaign against the systems and establishments that colluded in the institutional discrimination that triggered my childhood traumas into Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. This is the second time I have had to defend myself against employers who have been given the authority to deny me my basic Human Rights. The impact on my emotional health and wellbeing have catapulted me into states of depression when I am unable to function and carry out normal day to day activities.
I have given the Employment Tribunal Services the time to right the wrongs that they are responsible for causing by presiding over the two miscarriages of justice that destroy the twenty-six (26) years I have lived and worked in the UK.
The following are correspondences with the above mention judge:

Dear Ms Myers, Your letter of 15 December 2018
Thank you for your letter of 15 December 2018 and various other pieces of correspondence, which I have read with care.
I am afraid that, for the reasons that I explained in my letter of the 11th December 2018, I am unable to assist you further.
Judge Brian Doyle President.
Whilst Judge Brian Doyle is no doubt preparing for the Festive Season, I am in a dark place on the eve of my son’s 39th birthday. I will, therefore, be doing therapy in order that I can continue to carry out my duty of care to my husband. Just want the world to know that it was on the eve of Mothering Sunday, 13th March 2015 when I sat down to write to http://www.leyf.org.uk about the depression taking over my life. The reserve judgement https://www.gov.uk/employment-tribunal-decisions/ms-m-myers-v-london-early-years-foundation-2300047-2016 was placed online making me a target for terrorist scammers. I make no apologies for any data and information about the institutional discrimination from the death of my mother to date. I will be putting everything in the public domain.
