Document 1: Email to Dilys Epton re Depression

This is my email to Senior HR Dilys Epton and her response. Since the Employment Tribunal and now the Employment Appeals Tribunal and agreed with the online judgement that made me a victim. Why did they not see this in the ET bundles and me making reference to it in my witness statement? Also the Rep Darren Mahon made mention about it at the Disciplinary Hearing. This can be accessed in the, Disciplinary Hearing Outcome in the bundles.  I was gagged until the time when I realised the magnitude of the allegations that resulted in the investigations by Isabella Glen. That’s when Hilda Miller said she was sending me to HOC to take me out of the situation, I raised concerns about in this letter to Dilys Epton.

I would life someone to help me establish the motivations of Benedicte Siewe for making the allegations about incidents at Rumi’s wedding. As can be ascertained from Dr Maria Hudson 2012 Research Paper Ref: 01/12 recommended to The London South ET presided over a miscarriage of justice before. If I said anything about work experiences, this was about that. Yet the ET and EAT allowed Benedicte Siewe and Lynne Kelly to get away with Racism. Where is God Day 1?

Made a victim by the Employment Tribunal Law on 19/10/2018 for the second time in the UK. 

Penalised for challenging the contingent from 15th March 2016 at the Case Management with Judge Baron at Croydon London South Employment Tribunal. To the judgement online, check to find out how the Employment Tribunal Law was used two (2) times in making Mervelee Myers a victim. Until I can get this discrimination out of my head and move on, I will be using my defensive practice during this time when I was terrotised at showing how there is no justice for the vulnerable employers despite overturning the government law for employees to pay to take employers to the Employment Tribunal. Since I can’t get justice at, I will seek solace in sharing my stories to the world. That way the can send the to my home to section me under the Mental Health Act.

Then the world can decide if have moved on from the Abolition of Slavery in 1807. Despite the Modern Slavery Act 2015, the British Values Act 2014 and the Counter Terrorism and Security Act 2015. Go back and check for when I appeared in November 2011. Please can someone inform me what cause the changes? Then see for why I had to get counselling after, recommended I get Cognitive Behavioural Therapy?

Document 3: The Daily Express columnist states “Tech Don’t Lie”!

I contributed to the, Mental Health Crusade over the years. During the time I was on Medical Suspension and other sites were using my publications with their campaigns about disabilities. But the Employment Appeal Tribunal can penalise me for challenging discrimination. This was only possible because the Judge and the ET failed to act on my concerns about the unprofessionalism of the Respondent and their representatives from the time I was contacted by on the 24th September 2015.
