Updates 28/10/2018: Facebook https://www.facebook.com is responsible for the terrorist cell they provided to LEYF from the time access was given to my account on the 18/9/2015. Facebook have since been using radicalisation and terrorism to close my account to stop me from telling my stories about the Modern Slavery Practices at LEYF. I have issued Facebook with a grievance, amongst other correspondences. Now all Facebook is doing is making sure my posts are not seen. Excepting sending my posts to me as advertising. I was given the opportunity to empower myself during the time I was privileged to work at Luton Street Community Nursery – LEYF. From April 2010 to 22/7/2014. My accolades, my appearance on http://skynews.com/, and publishing in the www.nurseryworld.co.uk are just some of my achievements during this time. That’s why I am using my talents, creativity and skills as a writer and photographer in sharing with the world how the ET, establishments and systems have been colluding to protect LEYF.

#MeTooFight4justice against Discrimination – #JudgeShanks of the Employment Appeals Tribunal.

Today I am writing about the discrimination at the Employment Tribunal Services and the Employment Tribunal Law at the EAT on the 19th October 2018 by Judge Shanks and Barrister #SamanthaJones. From my observations of the makeup of the panel, I am positive that discrimination is very much evident in the #tokenism represented in having a #blackman on the panel at this stage of the proceedings. I am of the opinion that they were rubbing salt into the wounds after my #Racism claim was strike out repeatedly by a #JudgeMartin. There were no diversity presented in the panel before. I am left with the feeling that the EAT was treating me as my fore parents were back in the days of the #MiddlePassage.

Despite the evidence provided that came from #JudgeBaron Preliminary Case Management Order of the 15/3/2016, the EAT take the stance that I did not have disabilities. Despite me raising concerns to the ET about #JohnFenton non-compliance of #JudgeElliott Case Management Order of the 8/6/2016, the ET failed to act. They then went on to make me a victim with the #reserve judgement copied from the Respondent Summary. After the advice from the Employment Lawyer from #PeckhamLawCentre, I provided the EAT with the Medical Report and another Impact Statement.

Subsequently the way the EAT treated me, holding unto my files is an indication of how they continue to use my vulnerability of having disabilities against me. Like what LEYF Nurseries done and the ET, the EAT used information about the impact of my disabilities when exacerbated and triggered in carrying out normal day to day activities (refer to the Equality Act, 2010 and Witness Statement).

The EAT
The Hearing was an indication of how the #Slaves were treated during the Middle Passage. What came out of it was the two (2) Panel. For me the white woman representing LEYF #oppressors starting with June O’Sullivan who sanction the discrimination. This was after returning from burying my Mother. The others terrorise me from I transferred to BIB, HOC and New Cross and ended up #resigning with a #nervousbreakdown. The black man representing those who sold my #ancestors into slavery.

This is represented in the way I was treated by #NeilKing#RashidIqbal#NeilBest and #CorneliusMeir of Darvell School, Community Playthings UK. I was invited to CO on the 22/9/2015, when Neil King tried bullying, harassing and intimidating me to write a resignation. Rashid Iqbal chaired the Disciplinary Panel and did not know about #BackraMassahs otherwise known as Slave Masters (refer to bundles). The others are John Fenton, #MartinBunch of Bates Wells Braithwaite. There was #MarkEssex of Voice: the union for education professionals, they still charging me fees three (3) years after I have not work. The Telephone #Conciliation Judge, the ET #JudgeMartin who strike out my Racism claim and #JudgeFreer and #MrDixon.

The Eugenics Debate
My elderly 95 years old husband was with me at the EAT, having to sit there listening to the insults that I made up my disabilities. When he came to the UK in 1956, an ambitious young man from Jamaica. Trying to make life for himself and his family, he was told by a bank manager. “Mr Tomlinson, you have a small illusion that one day, you can become a Property Tycoon”? Not much have changed in the United Kingdom since. They are using us to do the jobs, then turn around and make us victims like what the ET and EAT have done to me.

For Judge Shanks to say I make up my disabilities is worse than the Medical Models steep in Eugenics. My Medical Reports are with the ET & EAT. They were not used and Samantha Jones claimed they were not provided. Please go back to correspondences to John Fenton, copy to the ET. Then go to Dr Maria Hudson Research Paper 2012 for the Policy Studies Institute. Recommended to Acas. Judge Shanks is a #racists, #prejudicial #bigot who is using the power of his authority to protect LEYF that are operating Modern Slavery Practices. The question remains, what are the links between those involved in trying to make Mervelee Myers a voiceless vulnerable?

Saying my final goodbye to my mother

I, Ermine Mervelee Ionie Nembhard-Myers-Tomlinson aka Mervelee Ratty Nembhard Ratty is the sole author and publisher of this blog Merveleeconsultancy. I make no apologies for writing and publishing my blog at WordPress to uncover the discrimination happening in the Early Years Sector. In all honesty, I have given all those involved in plotting to destroy my life, the time to make amends. On reflections this started from the time I said my final goodbye to my mother, #PerlineLouise Nembhard on the 22nd January 2014 in Jamaica and returned to the United Kingdom. For any of you interested in finding out if I am a credible witness, you can always access data about Mervelee Myers at Google www.google.com. Let me give you some background information about my journey since my return.

Attending my first LEYF Nurseries New Year Staff Party on the 23rd January 2014. Look carfully here that this is not tag because Facebook is working with LEYF and cohorts to terrorise me from the 18th September 2015. When access was given to my account in breach of the Data Protection Act. Since then https://www.facebook.com, have breached its own policies and procedures and the GDPR. Article 8 of the Human Rights Act protects the right to privacy. Now it is used to muzzle reporting. The law should protect the weak against the powerful. But instead its vice versa.

Now I have to tell you why I did not attend the NYSP before. This was as a result of what #MariaGoncalves and Maria Freeman done to me at Fitzrovia Community Nursery before I completed my #Probationary Period. The ill treatment triggered my childhood traumas and took me back to where I had my first nervous breakdown at Mapother House Day Nursery, King’s College Hospital Kings College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. Considering I was the staff who encouraged my colleagues to sign up to go, I felt lost when #MariaFreeman visited on the date of the NYSP to interrogate me. By the time she was finished with me, I was a nervous wreck. There was no way I could attend.

I am only bringing this up because #HildaMiller bring it up at the Employment Tribunal, trying to make a mountain out of a molehill. Of course this is another of the protected characteristics in the Equality Act, 2010. If you read the Witnesses Statements, you will notice the #RacialProfiling. Most of the witnesses started working with #LEYF less than a year. There were others who I never work with and meet them on a single occasion or for trainings. I would like you to understand that up to the time of the ET, the contract I signed on the 7th October 2009, was not reviewed and updated.

Transferred to Luton Street Community Nursery

I was only transferred to Luton Street by the generosity of #JoelleLax, with whom I worked at my first job in the Early Years Sector, EYFS. She was on the Panel at the Disciplinary Hearing. I understand she is no longer working at LEYF. In the beginning, because some of the staff did not understand me, there were frictions. But in no time, I managed to get my colleagues on board as can be verified from the #accolades over the years. Yes I won’t tell anyone that there were no differences of opinions, but the Luton Street team was the best from across LEYF settings. We were crowned Nursery Team at the NYSP 2014. That’s why we were the beacon of inclusive practice to be on public in the media. On Wednesday 5th September 2011, Sky Newshttp://skynews.com/ done a broadcast from there. I will wrap up Luton Street by saying I was given the send-off of a life time at the graduation on the 22nd July 2014.

When the Rot Starts to Set in

I guess the rot started to set in, in 2013 as far as I am aware, now that I am reflecting on the events leading up to my own problems. There were changes as LEYF set about to becoming the biggest in the Early Years Sector. I am not sure what Ofsted thought of this, but nothing suprises me anymore. They were Nursery World Magazine, Nursery Chain of the Year 2014. The same time I was given the CEO Long Service Awards. They have cohorts in high places, to cover up their discrimination and #PhillipGreenstyle behaviours. People were losing their jobs, starting with the #chefs. Then one day there was the announcement that Karen Walker, Head of Children Services and Families resigned on the spot.

There were speculations that it had to do with the fact that June O’Sullivan and Karen Walker did not see eye to eye. #Dearbhala was acting in the post after Karen resigned. But surprises, she did not get the post. It was given to #RashidIqbal who I meet at the NYSP. I will end by saying Rashid Iqbal was one (1) of the seven (7) witnesses at the ET. But at the time he had already #resigned his job. Don’t know if was pushed, or if he jumped. I understand that Hilda Miller resigned after the ET ended. #NeilKing I learned he resigned when the documents were exchanged. So why have all these high profile employees resigned and leave the #tyrantJuneO?

Dearbhala left to go back to Ireland. #JulieWeise left the company and there were changes going on that caused the uncertainty that led to LEYF left in the situation that #JyotiSharma_Bhardwaj and others write about on www.leyf.org.uk. After coming back from Jamaica in January 2014, I began to notice the subtle changes going at Luton Street. I was stripped of my statuses as EYFS Coordinator, SENCO and Multigenerational Working Approach Facilitator, but still doing the job. By the time they started treating me unfairly, I had to go to the GP to get support and was signed off with stress on the 2/4/2014. I have had counselling at the Maudsley Hospital.

Death of my mother

After coming back from Jamaica after saying my final goodbye, I was experiencing personal problems. By the 2/6/2014, my mother was dead. Anyone can access my stories on social media as I chose to make my life an Open Book. That’s why I refuse to let Facebook https://www.facebook.comdictate my life and benefit from my misery. I returned after burying my mother and was granted my transfer to BIB. I am on YouTube, at LinkedInFlickr, at TumblrInstagram, at Twitter, et al.

The Employment Tribunal Sagas

My life from the time I transferred to BIB, HOC and New Cross is all over social media platforms. Therefore I will leave you to do your own research and come to your own decisions. But I am writing this as the prelude to giving others the opportunity to come forward to telling your stories about LEYF. Because after that I will be naming you from my defensive practice.

June O’Sullivan I am throwing down the #gauntlet to you, naming you as the Phillip Green of the Early Years Sector. I was offered £58,000.00 during the Telephone Conciliation. I refused to accept it when the Judge was so rude telling me that LEYF have to #protect themselves from me. I am guessing this was going to be non-disclosure agreements. NDAs are legally binding documents designed to keep information secret, curtsey of the Daily Express Nick Tsatsas Employment lawyer Keystone Law .

But knowing that there were already information in the public domain, I refuse to accept. Maybe now I will have to find out who is the recipient of that amount of money. Could this be #JohnFenton of www.personnelconsultancy.com or even #MartinBunch of Bates Wells Braithwaite www.bwbllp.com? Or even Voice: the union for education professionals. Or employers from the Employment Appeals Tribunal or ACAS.

Mervelee Ratty Nembhard This is my Fight4justice after the ordeals of the Employment Appeals Tribunal on the 19th October 2018, left me in servere difficulties. Coping with my disabilities is no easy feat. As for that #JudgeShanks denigrating me about making up my disabilities, today is my father’s 100th DOB. Here is my other uncle who also had Parkinson’s. Look carefully at the photo to see my grandmother who lived 10 years after my father. She was at my uncle’s wedding. Now if the Employment Tribunal want to know more go back and look at my bundle and witness statement. Some of you lot are a disgrace to the Legal Entity that you representing. The same way the Department for Work and Pensions – DWP and Metropolitan Police Service are. As for that Winsome Duncan: Author, Artist & Book Confidence Coach, I hope she get knocked out by a duppy on her 41st birthday!

Trying to come to terms with the Hate Crime by LEYF, the EAT and Facebook

Mrs Mervelee Myers v London Early Years Foundation (LEYF)

 Summary of the EAT 19th October 2018

This is the summary of appellant Ms Mervelee Myers of the EAT, concluded at the Employment Appeal Tribunal on the 19th October 2018 in the presence of Judge Shanks and the Panel of a white woman and a black man. All arguments in this summary are the critical thinking, analysis, views and thoughts of Mrs Mervelee Ionie Nembhard-Myers-Tomlinson and no other.

The appellant, accompanied by her husband Arnold Tomlinson, was ably represented by Barrister Sally Robertson. The respondent’s Representative, Barrister Samantha Jones was accompanied by Senior HR Dilys Epton and BIB manager Lynne Kelly. Both of whom were witnesses at Employment Tribunals, Montague Court, 101 London Road, West Croydon, Surrey CRO 2RF.

Outline of Hearing

Barrister Sally Robertson was first to present arguments to the EAT.

Evaluation of Barrister Sally Robertson’s Arguments

Without prejudice I am of the opinion that judge Shanks was unduly acting aggressive in his approach of questioning to Barrister Robertson. This resulted in me having flashbacks to the time from the banana eating incident in the way I was treated by the Respondent. My witness statement contain the information about the discrimination from the23rd July 2014 after coming back from burying my mother and transferring to BIB from Luton Street. To my knowledge, I became aware of the discrimination at BIB after attending Rumi’s wedding. After arriving at work on the 5th January 2015 to when I was forced to resign with a nervous breakdown on the 27th September 2015.

Challenging the EAT & Hate Crime

I will now challenge the EAT that by coming to the decision and rekindling the reserve judgement, the EAT acted perverse in making me a victim of hate crime. Southwark Safeguarding Adults Partnership www.southwark.gov.uk/community-safety/prevent-it-report-it Hate Crime is what I am basing my arguments from.

Definition: Hate Crime is when someone gets harassed or attacked because of who they are. Hate crime is against someone or a group because…

  1. They have a disability – 3 Medical Reports & Dr Laura Crawford OH Report – refer to bundles.
  2. Because of their race – Racism claims rejected by Judge Martin – refer to witnesses’ statements.
  3. Because of their religious beliefs – Allegations, Investigations, Disciplinary/Appeal Outcomes – refer to bundles.

The Equality Act 2010 & LEYF Contract 7th October 2009

I consider myself to fall in the 3 categories as a result of the discrimination I faced at LEYF from the 23rd July 2014 to attendance at the ET and EAT.

Example of hate crime from LEYF

  1. Threats to me and my husband – we have disabilities. I am/was his carer.

The hate crime left me feeling

  1. Afraid to go places –
  2. A loss of trust in people –
  3. Angry –
  4. Alone –
  5. That I am a mad person –
  6. Unhappy –
  7. Upset – .

Hate crime is always wrong.

Judge Shanks continue     

I felt that his way of looking at his watch and across at the clock is/was a ploy to rush the barrister. If you look through my witness statement and the bundles, you will find out that those ploys were used to defame my name. For example how much time I spend in the toilet. How much time I take to do activities. Yet I have a CEO Long Service Awards and work with the organisations longer than majority of the 7 witnesses. And the staff at BIB, HOC and New Cross. The witnesses’ statements by the Respondent stated I told them about my disabilities.

However Judge Shanks did not use that approach with Barrister Samantha Jones. Instead seems to be cluing her in how to put her arguments across. I will say that this happened to me at the ET when Judge Freer keep hurrying me along. Also it seems as if he could not understand me. I informed him that the Medical Reports were left out of the Respondent’s bundle, but he only get it when Ms Fennell explained for him. Then he told me he would not be accepting any more documents. This is perverse, considering I copy the ET into the correspondences about non-compliance by Mr John Fenton.

Judge Shanks approach was to counter attack Barrister Sally Roberts arguments from the ET judgement. Leaving me with the impression that the EAT appeal was not even considered. But more perversely, giving Barrister Jones grounds to put her arguments forward.

The Panel

The only person who I think serve any purpose on the panel is/was the white lady. She asked questions of Barrister Robertson and Jones. I still don’t know why the black man was on the panel. I will summarise by saying he was there as a means of tokenism. This was a clear case of tokenism on the part of the EAT, because Judge Martin strike out my Racism claims repeatedly after Judge Baron sent it back for review. The breaching of the Equality Act 2010 protected characteristics can be identified in the bundles and witnesses statements. There were seven (7) witnesses, none of whom look like me – Racism discrimination. None was in my age group – Ageism discrimination. They all mistreated, harass, bully and intimidated me – Disabilities discrimination. They mocked me for my old fashioned values and beliefs and the way I chose to live my life – Beliefs discrimination.

Evaluation of Barrister Samantha Jones Arguments

Like at the ET, she was given free reign to defame my name. Without prejudice, Judge Shanks seems to have been leading her on with the questions he asked.

Matter of Chronology

Throughout, the Respondent was entitled to make mistakes, I am/was not allowed to.

Examples:

  1. Not renewing my DBS, but expecting me to bring my valid DBS from Resources for Autism for them to copy. At the time when I was taken off duty, I have a valid DBS for another organisation. Therefore the Respondent breach the contract I signed on the 7th October 2009. (Refer to bundles Dr Laura Crawford OH re effects of disciplinary and interactions with colleagues).
  2. Not signing me out of the rota for my diabetic eye check on the 10th September 2015. If I am/was not diabetic, why am I doing NHS Health Checks? (Refer to Medical Reports: Dentist & GP).
  3. I informed the ET from the time I meet Mr John Fenton on the 15th March 2016 about the Respondent non-compliance. Both in the cases of Judge Baron and Judge Elliott. (Refer to bundles)
  4. For Samantha Jones to say that not complying with Judge Elliott’s Case Management Order of 8th June 2016 is her mistake, she is lying. (Refer to correspondences with John Fenton).
  5. She did not prepare the case. That’s why she pulled a sickie and get the case adjourned.

Matter of Adjournment

This was a ploy by Samantha Jones, perverting the course of justice. She did not prepare the ET case. John Fenton did, misleading me that he was representing Bates Wells Braithwaite, www.bwbllp.com. (Refer to correspondences and Open Letter to BWB Martin Bunch).

Disabilities – Parkinson’s disease

Like at the ET when Samantha Jones used my Passive Aggressive Behaviours played out on Facebook https://www.facebook.com/public/Mervelee-Myers. Breach of Contract

  1. The Respondent is responsible for triggering my childhood traumas into PTSD using my vulnerability of having physical and mental disabilities against me. (Refer to FILE contents in bundles 2009 to & Medical Reports x 3).
  2. She keeps mocking me about needing to go urinate and the judge did not stop her. (Refer to Medical Reports x 4 in bundles).
  3. She keeps saying that I know if I was dismissed I could not get another job. (Refer to Dr Maria Hudson Research Report & Dilys Epton reference).
  4. Let the EAT explain the fact of the law to me about how I got a CEO Long Service Awards on the 15th October 2014 and after that I turn into this monster who Benedicte Siewe claimed she is/was scared of? Few weeks ago she wrote on https://www.linkedin.com that I am crazy.
  5. Yet the ET did not bother to take any of my publications, some used on websites supporting others into considerations. Refer to Dr Maria Hudson Research Paper recommended to www.acas.org.uk/researchpapers.

The EAT:

This time Judge Shanks let her spend time repeating I said I have diagnosis for Parkinson’s. Even the lady on the panel must have believed her lies. Barrister Robertson thought the lady on the panel understand the interactions between my disabilities.

Medical Reports ET & EAT

For Samantha Jones to tell the EAT that I didn’t provide Medical Reports is perverse, a lie and a miscarriage of justice. I have the correspondences to John Fenton, copied to the ET.

  1. That’s the reasons I had to do the Respondent’s job in Judge Elliott’s Case Management Order of 8/6/2016. 0therwise I could not have written my witness statement.
  2. That’s why Samantha Jones did not want the ET to use my bundle.
  3. During the case I informed Judge Freer about the omission of the Medical Reports. Judge Freer was brushing me aside until Ms Fennell intervene on my behalf.
  4. He said he was not prepared to take any more documents. He basically treated me like a nuisance, especially when I asked to go use the toilet. It is evident that the ET thought I was making it up that I needed to use the toilet. (Refer to the Medical Reports).
  5. Yet in the reserve judgement, it was stated that no other Medical Reports were presented excepting Dr Laura Crawford. That’s perversion by the ET.

EAT: Forgone Conclusion

I was advised to write to the EAT informing them about my disabilities (Refer to EAT listings). Judge Shanks allowed Samantha Jones to slander my name that Judge Freer ask me to go home to look for Medical Records. Now the Respondent claims not to have any data for me except what I give them in the bundles. Now how did I get them to give them back in the bundles? What does the Equality Act 2010 say about this? Why did the ET not act about my concerns re non-compliance of Judge Elliott’s Case Management Order of 8/6/2018?

Overall Summary

Without prejudice nothing change at the EAT that was any different from the ET, excepting Judge Shanks putting words into Samantha Jones’ mouth. Go back to Dr Maria Hudson Research Paper. I am positive without a shadow of a doubt that this is a cover up to protect the perversity of the London South Employment Tribunal. This is the second miscarriages of justice they are presiding over against Mervelee Myers. (Refer to Dr I Ferreria Chronic Anxiety diagnosis). The EAT can’t afford to accept that a black woman with disabilities that she managed and controlled from childhood, can stand up to the Modern Slavery masters and mistresses who were given free rein to destroy the lives of vulnerable employees. (Refer to www.leyf.org.uk reviews on websites Joyti Sharma aka Bhardwaj in bundles).

So Mervelee Myers must be penalised for not allowing myself to become a voiceless vulnerable. Who sold out my principles for the Fifty Eight Thousand (£58,000.00) on offer during the Telephone Conciliation. Over which the ET tried to stitch me up like was done when Judge Martin rejected my Racism claims. (Refer to correspondences with ET).

When the DWP claimed they did not know me, and I have to spend time sorting out my welfare so as not to fall prey to the uncaring systems and the establishments trying to make me a victim. This triggered my disabilities (refer to correspondences with DWP).

When it takes the DWP nearly 2 years to sort my Housing Benefits that exacerbated my disabilities (refer to DWP & Southwark Council correspondences).

When the DWP refused to pay my ET fee that could have caused me not to get my case heard. But what difference did it make? The ET acted perversely, making me a victim (refer to HMCTS & DWP correspondences).

When the DWP hounded me during the time I was preparing my EAT and threatening me with criminal record.

When HMRC claim they were not aware of me living at my address until 2015, where was I? This resulted from LEYF tampering with my data from I was sent invitation to disciplinary on the 28th March 2015 (refer to correspondences with data changed, www.voicetheunion.org.uk ).

Defensive Practice & Intellectual Properties & Continuing Personal Professional Development Plan (CPPDP):

This will be used showing how the ET and EAT acted perversely in taking away my rights and entitlements. By so doing making me a victim when they put the reserve judgement online.

Scammed as a result of the ET Reserve Judgement online

Barrister Ryan Clement & Winsome Duncan

Because I was unable to get a job, as Samantha Jones boasted at the ET, I signed an Agreement to set up an online business. Matters were proceeding well until the reserve judgement was posted online. I think that’s when my coach decided to work with Barrister Ryan Clement to scam me. He subsequently took my husband’s Nine Thousand (£9,000.00) and threatened me later, trying to keep me quiet.

The Metropolitan Police Services

As a result of the reserve judgement online, I face hate crime that affected my disabilities. Winsome Duncan was probably planning to harm me, if I had attended her birthday party on the 27th October 2017. Because of the impacts of the reserve judgement on my health, I was unable to attend. Winsome Duncan send the Police to my home on the 30th October 2017 to section me under the Mental Health Act www.slam-iaptnhs.uk/southwark. The end results are that the Police have been treating me exactly as the ET. I have been made a victim and despite getting to the http://www.ctionfraud.police.uk/report-fraud-about-you two (2) weeks after the incident, I have been let down again.

I am blaming the ET and the EAT for acting perversely in making me a victim. If I was not raised in a Christian home, I would probably see suicide as the only way out after I am part of statistics www.hctgroup.or. I told Senior HR Dilys Epton about my traumatic childhood as a result of the Parkinson’s in my DNA. I have been supporting different communities http://www.justgiving.com/Mervelee-Myers from the time my brother was struck down with colon cancer. Because that’s when I have the first nervous breakdown in a toxic work environment. I told her work keeps me going, https://www.parkinsons.org.uk/get-involved/events. Yet despite my qualifications and experiences I have not worked in 3+ years. Now who is responsible for this state of affairs?

Declaration

Nobody believes in me, but I believe in myself. I know I did not make up any of this. This is my life from my father was stricken with Parkinson’s disease. For the EAT to say otherwise is hate crime and leaving me and my husband to suffer a slow death. That’s terrorism.

This is what I have been putting up with from the Employment Tribunal make me a victim.

I don’t even calling and texting anyone fi dem tiyad a mi. Chat bout how mi nah ease dem up or can’t mek up mi mind. Dem nah frigging get no more kicks curtsey of yours truly. Mi nuh hab money for mi nuh wuck 3+ years now because of the thieves at LEYF Nurseries – #LEYF.

Facebook for Windows must realise dat me nah tek dem #baits fi me spend £10.00 fi dem gi me £30.00 credit. I am not helping #Facebook to bring anyone to make dem tek my hands show Good. #JuneOSullivan and all those whose work I done over the years are benefitting and I don’t have a pension to look forward to.

#JudgeShanks of the Employment Appeal Tribunal literally nail the coffin shut with me inside. But I am waiting for them. #JudgeMartin#JudgeFreer#MsFennell and #MrDixon are haters who discriminate against vulnerable employees. As fi dem sick stomach black boy, I already suss him out from me see him early when mi tun up at the EAT and then see him admiring #BackraMassah and miss isses.

Same way I am waiting on all those who scam me and tek me fi idiot. That’s why me nah look no more man fi have relationship with. I will settle for friendship. Don’t you burn your bridges behind you, you might want to turn and go back again.

Let me say a heartfelt thanks to all the persons who supported my Fight4justice since I set it up. I am truly appreciative. Well the Employment Tribunal London South managed to preside over 2 miscarriages of justice despite me having a diagnosis for #chronicanxiety18t_7_2006.

This is/was from Dr I Ferreira of Landor Road Surgery. 134-136 Landor Rd, Stockwell, London SW9 9JB. The cowardly so and so refuse to give me a Medical Report when King’s College Hospital got to his arse with threats.
Those criminals at London Borough of Southwark SEND Section colluded with OfstedLocal Safeguarding Children BoardUNISON and Capsticks, Wimbledon to deny me my basic human rights. Then they turned around and blacklisting and networking against me.

That’s why I am/was part of Dr Maria Hudson Research Paper for the Policy Studies Institute. This was recommended to Acas. Nothing was obviously done. The first time, this happened after the death of my brother Byron.

This time around with the terrorists at LEYF Nurseries – #LEYF, happening after the death of my mother in 2014. I have not had any peace. They terrorise me until I had to resign with a #nervousbreakdown. Some of the culprits this time are Bates Wells BraithwaiteVoice: the union for education professionals, the Nursery World Magazine editor #LizRobertsAdvising London, Westmoreland RoadCommunity Playthings UK – Darvell School, Connex EducationHCT Group and not to worry others will be named.

Now the Employment Tribunal Services might think I am here for them to take liberties with. So they make me a victim with the judgement online. I went back to the Employment Appeals Tribunal, and all I could see was the #tokenism of having one black boy on the Panel. Seems like all he was there for was decorations? What they failed to understand is that growing with 7 brothers and having 2 sons of my own is more than enough practice to know how to read men. I won’t say much more about this for now.

I am throwing down the gauntlet to all those involved that I will be working hard to earn the likkle pittance Universal Credit. If dem criminals from the Department for Work and Pensions – DWP think them bad, send me any more threats about issuing me with criminal records? I have my Medical Report from Maudsley Hospital, my NHS GP and for additions, I got from my Dentist. He was the one who advised me to get check for diabetes. Because of my dental problems. The same way that Dr Laura Crawford from Health Management LTD advise me to seek Cognitive Behavioural Therapy.

I will wrap up now, but just to let #EATJudgeShanks know that I am swallowing my spit some times, becuase my old folks used to say is not the same time #TEALEAVES drop it rotten.

As for them criminals from the Metropolitan Police Service and Winsome Duncan: Author, Artist & Book Confidence Coach. They better have the strait jackets ready?

Finding A Way Back From Defamation

Today is the beginning to the rest of my life 22/10/2018

Whilst browsing the internet, I came across my son Valdin Legister name on http://worldreferee.com.  They were asking for anyone with information about my son to get in contact. I promptly made contact and was able to supply the data request for with pleasure. As can be seen my contribution was copyright to me with an extra e in my name. But nevertheless there is acknowledgement of my intellectual property. The following was copied from the internet because I mistakenly clicked on http://refereeworld.dk instead of http://worldreferee.com/referee/valdin-legister/bio.  Suffice it to say that the response just left me feeling like crap and I am in negotiation with the person to try and help me untag my post from theirs.
The following is data copied from the internet, showing that I am indeed a credible witness and contacted World Referee. I am also using this as therapy for the way I was treated by LondonEAT@hmcts.gsi.gov.uk after I was stitched up by www.leyf.org.uk over the past 4+ years after the death of my mother from dementia. That’s why I have dedicated myself to supporting different communities and is a www.dementiafriends.org.uk. After having to miss yesterday https://www.parkinsons.org.uk/get-involved/events because my disabilities were exacerbated. During this match Legister most likely used his wristle more to validate goals than for free kicks…
